What You'll Need
- A television or streaming device running Android TV or Google TV
- A Google account signed in on the device
- Your BritishStream subscription details from WhatsApp
Step-by-Step Setup

Open Google Play
From the home screen, open the Google Play Store app.

Search for a player app
Search for the compatible player app recommended in your setup message and select Install.

Open the app
Launch it from your apps row.

Sign in
Enter the login details or playlist link from your BritishStream WhatsApp message.

Start watching
Your channels and on-demand library load automatically.
Troubleshooting
Buffering during peak hours
Restart the device, prefer Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, and check your broadband speed at the TV's location.
App won't install
Check available storage in Settings → Storage and clear space if needed, then retry.
