How to Set Up BritishStream on iPhone & iPad

BritishStream works on iPhone and iPad through compatible player apps available on the App Store. Setup takes just a few minutes.

What You'll Need

Open the App Store
Tap the App Store icon on your device.

Install the recommended player
Search for the player app named in your setup message and tap Get.

Add your subscription
Open the app and enter the login or playlist details we sent you.

Start streaming
Your channels and on-demand library appear once the playlist loads.

Check the details for typos, ensure you're online, then force-close and reopen the app. If it persists, message us on WhatsApp.

Check the device's mute switch and volume, and toggle the app's audio track setting if available.

Can I AirPlay to my TV?

Many player apps support AirPlay, so you can send the picture to an Apple TV or AirPlay-compatible television.
