These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of britishstream.uk and any subscription you purchase from BritishStream. By ordering a subscription you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions and pricing

• We offer four subscription durations: 3 months (£23), 6 months (£37), 12 months (£55) and 24 months (£84).
• Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The full price is paid once for the selected duration and is not billed monthly.
• Confirm renewal arrangements with our team in writing before payment.

Ordering

Orders are placed by contacting us on WhatsApp. Your subscription begins once we have confirmed eligibility, availability and payment, and sent your setup information.

Acceptable use

• Subscriptions are for personal, non-commercial use in the United Kingdom.
• You must not resell, share publicly or redistribute your subscription details.
• You must comply with all applicable UK laws when using the service.

Devices and compatibility

You are responsible for providing a compatible device and a suitable internet connection. We provide guidance on compatibility, but third-party apps and devices are outside our control.

Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Catalogue content may change over time.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
